The clients old patio failed and fell apart. We discovered that the previous owner had not pulled a permit for the patio and the client was over the legal limit of lot coverage between their house, driveway, and patio.Solution:
We had to work with the township to find a solution to get a patio in the backyard. We had to make the patio completely permeable and have the same square footage as the previous patio.Features:
